Patents and industrialization

In the past five years, the laboratory has made a series of important research achievements in information functional ceramic materials, multi-ferrous composite electromagnetic medium materials, nano materials, thermoelectric materials, solar photovoltaic materials, bio-ceramic materials and environmental materials, achieving several breakthroughs of key technologies. In these five years, 225 national invention patents have been authorized, including 22 international patents authorized by the United States, Japan, etc. A number of national industrial, academic and research bases have been formed, and many scientific research achievements have been transformed, such as ultra-thin BMEMLCC (Shenzhen Yuyang), LTCC integrated devices (Shenzhen shunluo), microwave dielectric antenna (Tongfang Luying), piezoelectric ceramic devices (Xi'an Kanghong), bio-ceramics (Shenzhen aierchuang) and environmental catalytic materials (Wuxi weifulida company) and so on.
